Nikki Roberts Therapy offers compassionate guidance for personal growth through Creative Supervision, Art Psychotherapy, and holistic modalities.
Through creative practices and an integrative, multi-modality approach, I offer a space that is entirely shaped around you. This is not about fixing or healing from the outside. Instead, it is about gently guiding you back to your own inner wisdom — the part of you that already holds the answers.
Not everything can be understood through words alone — and sometimes, words simply cannot be found. By opening into creative processes, we begin to access deeper layers of awareness, allowing new ways of seeing, feeling, and relating to emerge.
There are different ways to work together, depending on where you are in your journey and what kind of support feels most aligned.
A one-to-one space for individuals seeking emotional support, healing, and a deeper understanding of themselves through Art Psychotherapy.
This work offers a gentle and creative way to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences, especially when words alone are not enough. Together, we create space to reflect, process, and make sense of what is emerging, allowing for greater clarity, awareness, and meaningful change.
Additional therapeutic approaches are available when words alone are not enough and will always be discussed with you in advance.
Creative Supervision Across Professions offers a space to step back, reflect, and think clearly about your work. This includes both clinical supervision within a therapeutic framework and reflective support for professionals across a wide range of industries.
Whether you are navigating complexity, feeling stuck, or simply needing space to process your work, this is a place to reconnect with your thinking and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
A range of supportive experiences that offer alternative ways to reflect, reconnect, and explore your inner world beyond the traditional one-to-one session.
This includes Soulful Strolls, Retreats, Inner Healing Practices, and Workshops — each designed to create space for awareness, restoration, and personal growth through movement, nature, creativity, and shared experience.
This work is supported by both professional training and lived experience, allowing for a grounded, safe, and deeply informed approach.
I hold a First Class Honours Masters Degree in Art Psychotherapy, alongside a Postgraduate Certificate in Creative Supervision. My practice is further informed by additional qualifications in EMDR, RTT, NLP, and holistic healing modalities, as well as experience facilitating workshops internationally and co-creating Créadh Retreats.
Each element of my work is brought together with care and intention, ensuring that what I offer is both professionally grounded and deeply responsive to the individual in front of me.
What is your life showing you?
What no longer feels aligned?
What is ready to shift?
By creating space to become the observer rather than the absorber, something begins to change. Perspectives soften, awareness deepens, and what once felt unclear begins to make sense.
